The Stamp Act helped pay the costs of defending and protecting the American Frontier near the Applacian Mountains. The Townshend Act and Stamp Act were both good and bad for the colonies for money. In conclusion the Stamp and Townshend Act were helpful to the colony but used the colonies money up too.
